Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-10-18
This notice explains how Beron Intelligence LTD handles personal information when you use our careers portal, apply for a role, or join our talent pool.
Who is responsible
Beron Intelligence LTD is responsible for the recruitment information collected here. Contact [email protected] about privacy, your records, or this notice.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, optional phone number, login credentials, account verification information, and policy acknowledgement.
- Professional information you provide: location, education, experience, current role, professional links, resume, cover letter, availability, and role preferences.
- Recruitment records: applications, assessment questions and responses, scores, review notes, interview feedback, hiring decisions, and communications.
- Technical and usage information: access times, IP address where available, browser and device information, and activity relating to your use of the portal.
Required fields are identified in each form. Without required account, application, or assessment information, we may be unable to provide that part of the recruitment process. Optional fields may be left blank. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, bank details, medical information, or information about other people.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your account, evaluate applications, arrange assessments and interviews, communicate with you, protect the portal, and maintain recruitment records. We process information needed to consider your application and operate a secure recruitment process. Optional participation in the talent pool is separate from applying for an advertised job; contact us to stop future-role consideration.
Assessments and human review
Assessment results provide supporting information and have limitations. They are not a clinical diagnosis or a guarantee of job performance. Measures not validated for the intended hiring context are indicative only. Authorized members of the hiring team consider results alongside other relevant evidence. You can ask the recruitment team for a human explanation or review if you believe a result or decision is inaccurate.
To support fair and secure administration, we record assessment responses, timing and activity within assessment pages, including interactions with assessment content. Any concerns are considered in context and do not, on their own, establish misconduct. Previous assessment records may be retained and considered for a later application. The recruitment team may request a fresh assessment where appropriate.
Who can access your information
Access is limited to authorized staff who need recruitment information for their responsibilities. We use service providers for hosting, storage and communications, and they may process information on our behalf. These services may involve processing outside your country. Contact us if you would like information about the providers handling your records. We do not publish resumes or assessment records, sell candidate information, or make it available to unrelated employers through this portal.
We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address a recruitment dispute or security concern. Communication providers may supply delivery information and, where enabled, information about email opens or link use.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information such as your IP address. External websites linked from this portal have their own privacy practices.
Retention
We retain recruitment information for as long as it is needed for applications, agreed future-role consideration, security, or applicable legal obligations. Our target is to review candidate records after 24 months of inactivity. This is a review point, not a fixed deletion date. Retention depends on the purpose of the records, any ongoing recruitment process, and applicable obligations or disputes. Assessment history may be retained alongside other recruitment records. Deletion requests are considered in light of these requirements and any relevant backup-retention arrangements.
Your choices and requests
You can update professional details in your profile and withdraw an application through your account. Contact us to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion where applicable, withdrawal from the talent pool, or to object to a particular use. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any legal or operational reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request.
You may also contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission about your data rights or a privacy complaint. Your rights may also depend on the law applicable to your circumstances.
Cookies and changes
See our Cookie Notice for essential cookies and browser storage. We will update the date on this notice when it changes. A material change in recruitment processing may require further information or a fresh acknowledgement.
