These terms apply to the careers portal operated by Beron Intelligence LTD. Please read them together with our Privacy Notice.
Your account and applications
Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and protect your password and verification codes. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Create an account and submit information only for yourself, unless the recruitment team has explicitly authorized another arrangement.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. A published role may close or change. An offer is subject to its own written terms and any stated conditions; the portal's status labels do not replace a written employment agreement.
Assessment integrity
Complete assessments yourself and follow the instructions provided for the role. Unless the recruitment team expressly permits assistance, do not use another person, AI tools, copied answers, or external answer services. Do not redistribute assessment questions or share assessment invitations or verification codes.
Timed assessments must be completed in one sitting within the allotted time. Follow the device and access instructions shown before you begin. Contact the recruitment team promptly if you experience difficulties or need an accommodation. Requests for another attempt are considered by the recruitment team.
Concerns about assessment integrity are considered in context and do not, on their own, establish misconduct. The recruitment team may consider an earlier completed assessment or request a fresh assessment for another application.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, upload harmful files, attempt to access another candidate's records, interfere with the service, collect restricted recruitment information, or circumvent portal restrictions. Use only information and materials you are entitled to submit.
Your materials
You retain your rights in the resume and other materials you submit. You allow Beron Intelligence LTD and its service providers to store and process them for the recruitment purposes described in the Privacy Notice. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated public publication.
Availability, access and changes
We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend the portal and may restrict an account for misuse or a security concern. We will handle recruitment questions and access problems through the contact below. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Changes to these terms will be dated; contact us if a change affects your participation.
